ACCESS TO IFU DOWNLOAD

Dear Visitor,

The Instructions for Use (IFU) for your ANTERION Multimodal Imaging Platform are also available in electronic form as a PDF file.

To get access to the IFU download platform, we need to activate your login details.

Please note that access to the IFU download platform requires a Microsoft account (required for SSO, Single Sign-On).

Send an email to ifu-request@bausch.com with the following information:

  • your full name
  • email address of your Microsoft account
  • mobile phone number (this information is needed for the multifactor authentication)
  • hospital or clinic address
  • SKU of your IFU. You will find the SKU on the first page of the IFU on the binding of your IFU hardcopy folder.
  • edition of your IFU. The edition information can be found at the bottom of the publishing details page, which immediately follows the title page, below the copyright notice in the following format: “Edition: 20XX-YY-ZZ”.
  • serial number of the ANTERION system (see [SN] on the type plate on the rear side of your system).
  • software version of the ANTERION system.

As soon as your login has been activated, you will be informed by us via email.

You can then go to Instructions for Use - Home (sharepoint.com) and download the PDF file of your Instructions for Use.
