SeeLyraTM Kit (Accessory)

The SeeLyraTM Kit is the new sterile, single-use consumable Patient Interface for use with the SeeLyra™ Femtosecond Laser Platform.
It was designed for ergonomy and easy handling, featuring a robust and coloured skirt material for facilitated suction ring placement and optimal eye fixation.
The multi-port Suction Clip fixates the eye and the curved Patient Interface preserved the natural shape of the cornea more compared to applanating Patient Interfaces.
The outer diameter of 19.5mm enables insertion also in small eye fissures.

The newly added air filter with Luer Lock is designed to avoid liquid ingress into the laser, ensuring functional stability.

 

 

 

 

 

 

ACCESS TO IFU DOWNLOAD

Dear Visitor,

The Instructions for Use (IFU) for the SeeLyra™ Femtosecond Laser and SeeLyra™ Kit are available in electronic form as a PDF file.

To get access to the IFU download platform, we need to activate your login details.

Please note that access to the IFU download platform requires a Microsoft account (required for SSO, Single Sign-On).

Send an email to ifu-request@bausch.com with the following information:

  • your full name
  • email address of your Microsoft account
  • mobile phone number (this information is needed for the multifactor authentication)
  • hospital or clinic address
  • SKU of your IFU. You will find the SKU at the bottom of the title page below the version number.
  • version of your IFU. The version information can also be found at the bottom of the title page.

By submitting your data, you agree to our privacy policy agreement (Privacy Policy | Bausch + Lomb Surgical (bauschsurgical.eu)).

As soon as your login has been activated, you will be informed by us via email.

You can then go to Instructions for Use - Home (sharepoint.com) and download the PDF file of your Instructions for Use.
